We are looking for an industrial mechanic (m/w/d) material testing for the location in Bochum for a long-standing company in the heavy industry that specializes in metal processing and is an impressive employer in the region for decades.

You monitor and control the hardness testing systems as well as the automatic transport and testing process Control and evaluation of the determined test data by standards and quality standards is one of your daily tasks You set up the test systems, parameterize them and adapt them according to specifications Your tasks include performing the proper labelling of tested products Furthermore, you will create the BDE messages and documentation of the test results

For this position you bring a successfully completed professional or technical vocational training with Ideally you have a further training on the material tester (m/w/d) or in the field of quality testing You have an excellent technical understanding and interest in material testing and quality assurance We require willingness to work in the shift system for this position Your independent, structured and reliable operation completes your profile

We pay a collective salary and if necessary Industry supplements, holiday and Christmas money as well as shift supplements according to the GVP tariff agreement.
