Technical design of transducers, components and assemblies (including dimensioning) Active cooperation on development and change projects Designing technical standards and design and calculation rules Care and development of the technical roadmap Interdisciplinary coordination with the departments Sales, PM/Engineering, Quality and Test Field Successive expansion of responsibility for projects and sub-areas

Successfully completed studies in electrical engineering A professional experience appropriate to the position in the field of switching equipment construction, electrical machine construction or energy transmission (cables, lines, busbars) First leadership experience (e.g. as team, project or group manager) is desirable Funded technical know-how in the modelling of physical systems (e.g. by means of FEM) and a solid understanding of electromagnetic theory Experience in the application of CAD systems is desirable You are characterized by an independent, structured way of working and distinct analytical skills Strong communication and leadership qualities as well as team skills are of course for you Entrepreneurial thinking, high initiative and proven experience in project management S excellent knowledge of German and English and the willingness to participate in occasional international missions
