Supporting our national and international customers You secure order intake and order collection Creation of transport documents and transport organization You process returns and credits as well as complaints Administrative tasks such as master data maintenance Planning and realization of customer projects You are the interface between customer, production and sales

Completed commercial training First professional experience in customer service You are a strong communication person with an independent and reliable way of working Solution and team-oriented work as well as a hands-on mentality belongs to your strengths You are characterized by high quality standards and high loyalty You have fun contacting the customer with the ability to inspire them Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in word and writing
