It's waiting for you You support the supervisor autonomously and actively in strategic issues at group and department level as well as in daily business In doing so, you have the full responsibility as an interface between the foreman Operations as well as internal and external stakeholders You can participate in projects in the fields of strategy, process efficiency and digitalization and also take part in (partial) project management You work conceptually, first set up presentations and decision templates The internal and external communication of the COO will help you Your supervisor will continuously support you with accompanying development measures and you will be optimally prepared to take over a demanding position in the Group after the end of the Executive Programme

Your studies (Master/Diplom/ Promotion) in the field of economics, management or economic mathematics. you have completed You have at least three years of professional experience, like in the group environment or in consultation Your excellent organizational skills and your independent way of working complement your quick understanding and keep track of complex projects. Your presentations and policy templates can be seen: You can make complex content understandable, appealing and convincing With your outstanding analytical and conceptual skills and your communication skills, you will inspire various board rounds You can bring your knowledge of English in a reliable manner when working with international colleagues in the AXA Group.
