Become part of a dedicated and successful team in which you will develop corporate finance and infrastructure financing with commitment and great team spirit together with the market units. We offer you the following challenges: You analyze complex economic structures based on extensive and diverse documents (concern accounts, due dilligence reports, planning, ongoing reporting), partly in English. On the market side, You accompany independently demanding and complex consortial, acquisition and infrastructure financing. You create complex credit applications and are responsible for the subsequent processing according to the credit decision within the time limits. You check, create and negotiate individual credit and collateral contracts in the Corporate Financial Business incl. Coordination of the bodies involved, partly in English. They'll handle the stock business. You support corporate finance and corporate customer advisors as part of the business start-up (including the coordination of term sheets). Who we are looking for: You have successfully completed a study of the (bank) business management teaching or have a comparable qualification and bring well-founded knowledge in accounting, in the business customer business, in particular analysis activities, in credit protection law and company law. You have sound knowledge of contract design and accounting. Experience in corporate finance and optimally financing infrastructure projects are desirable. You have good English skills. You work independently, conscientiously, solution-oriented and responsible. With your judgement and enforcement strength as well as your analytical and communicative skills, you enrich our team.
