Technical Buyer (m/f/d)

Responsible operational and strategic procurement of technical components, assemblies and materials for boat construction Analysis of technical specifications in close cooperation with engineering, manufacturing and project management Offer requests, price negotiations and contracts with national and international suppliers Supplier management, including evaluation, selection and establishment of long-term partnerships Ensuring appointments, quality and costs throughout the material industry Coordination of logistical processes and monitoring of supply chains for safety-critical projects Continuous market observation for identifying new technologies, materials and suppliers

Complete technical or commercial training – ideally complemented by further training in purchasing, supply chain or technical management Multiannual experience in technical purchasing, preferably in mechanical engineering, shipbuilding, vehicle construction or a comparable industry Embossed technical understanding for components, assemblies and manufacturing processes German and English knowledge for international procurement processes Structured, reliable and solution-oriented operation with high quality awareness Communication strength and enforcement capability combined with a professional occurrence Team skills and joy in working with interfaces between technology, manufacturing and supply chain
