Reception & Service Staff (m/f/d)

We are looking for someone who feels good in sometimes stressful situations of the Rezi everyday and has 4 hands and 6 ears. A well-maintained appearance and professional handling of our guests from all over the world is very important to us.

You already have experiences in hospitality and customer service

You can work at reception and service

You focus on the satisfaction of the guests

You have good German & English skills, other foreign languages are a plus

You can handle complaints well

You are world-famous and enjoy dealing with people

You are an open-minded and communicative personality

You are ambitious to create a positive customer experience and successfully increase the level of customer satisfaction

You are resilient, spiritual and have an innovative way of thinking

You bring commitment and self-responsibility

You are ready in shiftwork and if necessary to work on weekend
