Facility Manager Industrial Cleaning (m/f/d)

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced industrial cleaning company (m/w/d) for our customer company in Schwarzheide. As part of our team, you will play a key role in ensuring high cleaning standards and customer satisfaction.

Your tasks:

• Discipline and professional management of professional staff
• Implementation of efficient capacity and personnel management
• Ensure high productivity and ensure compliance with dates, quality and costs
• Creating offers and acquisition activities
• Performing decreases
• Working in production-accompanying cleaning in production areas
• Ensuring full performance and work documentation
• Implementation of order and security

Our conditions:

• Complete technical training, training in building cleaning craft or similar qualifications
• Multiannual professional experience in industrial cleaning
• Physical fitness and health fitness for activities under breathing protection
• Class B licence required
• Secure handling of current MS Office applications
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
• Embossed customer and service orientation
