In order to better implement our growth strategy, we are looking for a workforce of around 800 employees at our Wiggensbach/Allgäu site: Project Manager (m/w/d)

First contact person for all logistic topics to our customers Examination of logistic contracts and creation of Vendors (MMOG-LE, Logistics Guidelines, Process Manuals, etc.) Project management of logistics projects for process optimization (e.g. emptiness management, RFID) and new IT solutions (GTS, SAP S4/HANA, SAP planning tool) Support and partial project management in the introduction of new customer products and their logistical requirements Active assistance in operating daily business such as e.g. the evaluation of logistical key figures, label assignments, creation of process and work instructions Coordination of material and information flows between customer, supplier and Swoboda in the pre-series Preparation and monitoring of logistical audits and processing of possible deviations

Complete study of the fields of logistics / material management and/or completed training with comparable qualifications Professional experience in logistics as well as project experience in topics such as contract testing, introduction of milkrun, scanning processes, EDI, RFID Knowledge of logistics processes and the introduction of new concepts Self-responsible and solution-oriented mode of operation English and very good knowledge of German in word and writing Occasionally readiness to travel
