THE IS THE WORKERS:

In the technical facility management area plant engineering, we as a team ensure the safe, efficient, economic and legal operation of our buildings and technical installations (in particular construction technology, HKLS, electrical engineering, GLT). The The focus of this position is on construction technology – from maintenance and repair to smaller conversion and Restoration measures.

SPECIAL NOTES:

• You take independent executions of craftsmanship Work, minor repairs and maintenance and maintenance conversion/renovation measures in the field of construction technology (e.g. masonry, Floor, roof, facade, interior construction)
• You locate and eliminate structural defects, damage and Disorders in/to our buildings and take over commissioning and coordination of maintenance and testing of structural equipment
• Maintenance, reconstruction and renovation projects are planning and setting Your own – incl. basic assessment, supply collection, Order, organization, acceptance and invoice control
• External service providers tax you sovereign – from instruction and monitoring to performance and quality control and Examination of the regularity and completeness of services
• All measures, projects, maintenance and testing carried out document carefully in our CAFM system

SKILLS:

• You have a completed craft training in technical environment (e.g. Maurer, Schlosser, etc.)
