For a customer company in the field of technical building management, we are looking for a home technician (m/w/d) for use at the Kölleda site.

The application is carried out in operation with a focus on maintenance and maintenance of building technology.

♪ Your future task:

• Maintenance and maintenance of technical installations in the building
• Maintenance and repair work
• Control and monitoring of building technology
• Work on technical documents and schematics
• Disability elimination of systems (e.g. ventilation, gates, supply technology)
• Implementation of rounds and documentation of defects

Your profile for the job Haustechniker / Elektriker (m/w/d) | Gebäudetechnik | Layered operation |:

• Completed training in electrical engineering
• Experience in the field of home technology or building technology
• knowledge of the reading of schematics
• Technical understanding and independent working
• Class B driving licence
• Good knowledge of German in word and writing
• readiness for shiftwork and readiness to call
