Program Manager SAP Transformation (all genders)

Our customer is one of the world's leading premium car manufacturers, headquartered in Stuttgart - known for innovative strength, highest quality standards and groundbreaking technology. At the strategically important location of Germersheim, the global competence center for after-sales partial logistics, the logistics of tomorrow will be created as part of an international major project. The aim is to rethink the entire logistics chain - from the supplier connection to warehouse and factory logistics to production supply -: more efficient, digital, standardized. The focus of this transformation is modern process architecture, agile project methods and close cooperation between IT, logistics, production and international locations.

For the comprehensive control of the program, we are looking for you as an experienced:n Senior Program Manager (all genders), who organizes the programs, creates governance and professionally accompanies complex rollout projects.

You are responsible for the comprehensive planning, control and support of the program roadmap - in line with the objectives of Business & IT. You develop, establish and enforce governance structures, methods, standards and templates that apply to all projects within the program. You track, support and control global rollout projects across multiple regions - focusing on transparency, structure and risk mitigation. You manage central PMO disciplines such as scope, time, budget, quality, risks and resources - and escalate proactively with deviations. You work closely with the Program Management, project manager:inside, IT and specialist areas and support the program-wide transparency and communication. You actively shape how PMO work is further professionalized in the Group - also beyond the current project.

Multiannual experience in the Program Management Office (PMO), ideally in international, complex IT or SAP transformation programs Knowledge of classical PMO disciplines: Project/Programme Planning, Control, Status Management, Risk Management and Issue Management, Reporting You bring a structured, analytical and process-oriented way of thinking with you and you enjoy bringing order and transparency into complex structures Knowledge of SAFe or agile frameworks are beneficial You are able to communicate even at management level flowing English skills in word and writing
