You are responsible for developing and validating innovative digital products, services and business models with a consistent focus on user needs, problem relevance and market potential. You identify and review critical hypotheses along the entire discovery and product development process – from the first problem to the MVP decision. You are responsible for the design, implementation and evaluation of qualitative and quantitative user research formats (e.g. depth interviews, contextual inquiry, landing page tests) and translate the findings into clear, feasible recommendations for action for product and business decisions. You develop and establish meaningful metrics, standards and benchmarks to evaluate and make comparable user needs, product experiences and validation results. New concepts are quickly prototyped, tested and data-based developed in the interdisciplinary triad of UX designers, software engineers and venture architects.

Completed studies, e.g. in (economic)psychology, human-computer interaction (HCI), user experience, service design, social sciences or behavioral sciences or a comparable degree program. Multiannual professional experience in user research, product discovery or validation of digital products – ideally in an innovation department, advice or start-up within healthcare Experience gained in the evaluation of user acceptance, user experience and readiness to pay digital solutions Very good knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods and experience in the design, implementation and moderation of validation formats Very good understanding of product-discovery and validation processes as well as methods such as lean start-up and hypothesis-driven work Impressive analysis strength and the ability to structure complex issues clearly and to derive sound recommendations even under uncertainty Pragmatism combined with solution orientation & Focus on the essentials in a dynamic and uncertain innovation environment
