Purpose and objective For our customers we are looking for a motivated welder / employee manufacturing (w/m/d).

Tasks, competences and responsibility

• Mounting and welding of steel structures, components and equipment used in the WIG and/or MAG welding process, thin sheet area of materials 1.2, 1.4, 7, 8
• independent execution of works by drawing supported by technical, technological and qualitative documents
• Execution of general mechanical activities such as drilling, sawing, grinding and pre- and/or pre- Aftertreatment of self-guided welds
• Participation in the development and improvement of assembly processes and equipment
• Conducting necessary technological and qualitative documents
• independent quality, measurement of the performed activities and their documentation

Technical requirements

• A successfully completed technical training in mechanical engineering
• The basic mechanical manufacturing techniques such as drilling, cutting, cutting and special welding (steel and/or stainless steel)
• A safe handling of technical drawings
• An analytical, structured and independent way of working
• A high awareness of the fulfillment of technical and qualitative requirements

Personal requirements and social competencies

• Communication capability, degagament, reliability and team capability
• The willingness to further education, to work in the 2-shift system (both shifts during the day) and occasional outward activity
• Class B licence
• Physical fitness
• Handicraft skill
• good knowledge of German
