Participation in implementing the sourcing strategy Identification and management of projects and needs Consolidation of demand with the Commodity Manager Collection, evaluation, negotiation and creation of contracts Negotiation and appointment of components Implementation of procurement market analyses on national and international markets Management of international suppliers, including construction and control Implementation of supplier reviews and regular supplier performance reviews Maintenance of SAP master data Purchase support for inquiries as well as creation and monitoring of SAP orders, order confirmations and invoices Ensuring material availability Compliance with project-specific QCD specifications (quality, cost, delivery) Monitoring and Ensuring Project Milestones Compilation of weekly reports and monthly status reports and delivery notes Creation of acceptance protocols for each work package Documentation and notification of additional expenses or changes caused by the client within a work package

University degree or many years of experience in technical purchasing with detectable further education First experience in project management Knowledge of purchasing production materials and project purchase Finded technical understanding for the relevant components Ideally experience with value analysis and design-to-cost approaches Secure handling of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP Knowledge of CATIA V5 and E3.series Viewer desirable Understanding DMA/3DCom and other technical tools of advantage German and English language skills in word and writing Strong negotiating and communication skills
