General responsibility for the operational management of the assembly plant with focus on quality, timeliness and cost-effectiveness

Leadership and further development of employees in production, logistics, technology and quality assurance

Ensuring efficient production processes and continuous process optimization

Close cooperation with management, sales and development to implement customer projects

Monitoring compliance with safety and quality standards

Capacity and resource planning as well as budget responsibility

Complete technical studies (e.g. mechanical engineering, industrial engineering) or comparable training with corresponding leadership experience

Multiannual professional experience in leadership, ideally in a manufacturing environment

Good knowledge of lean management, production planning and control

Impressed leadership, organizational talent and entrepreneurial thinking

Communication strength, team orientation and hands-on mentality

Regional unity

Safe knowledge of German and English in word and writing, Italian knowledge of advantage (not mandatory)
