300 events per year. Around 500,000 visitors. For more than 70 years, important events of all kinds have been inseparably linked to the Weser-Ems-Hallen Oldenburg. Every person in the region has his own relationship with us, one of the most modern and versatile event centers in the northwest - whether concert, comedy, professional sports, fair or congress. In order to be able to continue this story, a new congress and conference center will be created from 2026 at the site of the previous congress hall and festival halls, which will meet the highest demands and be built according to the latest energy standards. Organization, accompaniment, preparation etc. of events Takeover of tasks of commercial settlement up to final settlement (offer processing, commissioning of partner companies, billing) In the medium term, further tasks are to be undertaken: Strategic development of pricing and marketing services Systematic determination of industry clusters, implementation of portfolio and market analyses, and strategic expansion of networks Participation in the analysis and optimization of existing processes

Graduate or completed commercial vocational training in the event, supplemented by a further specialist qualification such as event specialist (m/w/d) At least 2 years of professional experience in the trade fair and event area Embossed team and communication skills and a binding, service-oriented appearance towards our customers, partners and internal interfaces Ability to stand-alone task privilege and a high sense of responsibility Structured, careful and conscientious functioning as well as the ability to maintain a cool head even in persistent stress situations and under time pressure Good knowledge in handling digital tools (MS Office, measurement-specific applications etc.)
