You are responsible for the operational personnel management and work closely with the setup lines, the tax office and other administrative units. You control entry and exit processes and are happy to contribute to the further development and optimization of existing processes. In addition to the creation and testing of contracts and certificates, you prepare conscientious salary bills and take care of system care. You bring structure into growing processes, bring together systems like DATEV, Connext Vivendi and PEPP. The exciting topic “Personal Development” can be actively developed and professionalized by you – necessary further trainings are provided by the GIB e.V. for you.

You bring a completed commercial training, ideally in the staff sector, and have a secure labour law basis. With experience, clarity and a calm sovereignty you create order where it is needed. Whether with additional qualifications or the desire to continue your work in the field of human resources development – your desire to take responsibility and to actively build personnel work instead of managing it.
