What you bring You bring a completed commercial training or relevant professional experience in customer service - ideally supplemented by knowledge in the financial services sector You already have experience in telephone and written customer consultation and are able to understand even complex issues A pronounced service and customer orientation distinguishes you Communication strength, team skills and a secure expressiveness are your strengths, especially in challenging conversation situations You are routined in dealing with MS Office and have the willingness to continuously develop yourself to adapt to new challenges and tasks

Your tasks include You process and manage the bank's deposit and insolvency proceedings You communicate in writing and by phone with our customers (m/w/d), insolvency administrators, courts and other relevant bodies You will verify and make sure that claims for bankruptcy and insolvency are carried out properly You advise our customers on constipations and insolvency issues You document and provide all relevant customer data as well as all case-related information in our systems
