Total responsibility for proper financial accounting according to Swiss GAAP FER and HGB Creation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts Responsibility for monthly Group Reporting (Tagetik) Leadership, promotion and further development of the accounting team Ensuring timely demarcations and provisions Ensuring the dunning process Monitoring of secondary accounting (debitors, warehouses, investment assets, creditors) Ensuring all balance sheet accounts and intercompany transactions within the group Responsibility for liquidity management and planning and payment transactions Responsibility for VAT Responsibility for the internal control system (IKS) and compliance with legal and internal compliance requirements Contact person for auditors and coordination of the annual audit Analysis, standardization and continuous optimization of accounting and final processes Participation in ERP, digitalization and financial projects Responsibility for financially relevant master data and their data quality (data governance) Ensuring a functioning representation system within the team Ensuring compliance with the Accounting Manual of the Robert Aebi Group

Successfully completed studies of the business economy with a focus on accounting, auditing or tax, or a further education on the accounting book holder (IHK) or auditors or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in financial and accounting Multiannual leadership experience and joy in developing employees Very good knowledge of HGB accounting; Swiss GAAP FER or IFRS identifiers are advantageous Experience with ERP systems as well as group reporting solutions (e.g. Tagetik, LucaNet, Cognos, Hyperion or comparable) Experience in the optimization, standardization, digitization and automation of financial processes and openness for innovative technologies - ideally with first experience in the use of AI in accounting Experience in dealing with audits, internal controls and compliance requirements Very good Excel knowledge and high IT affinity Structured, analytical and entrepreneurial thinking Willingness to change and joy in developing structures actively Communication strength as well as safe occurrence vis-à-vis management, auditors and external contact persons Good German skills and ideal English skills readiness to travel
