You take care of smaller repairs and maintenance in the building – so everything goes round. You are the contact person for the technical support of our objects and make sure everything works best. Maintenance and repairs focusing on electrical, heating and sanitation are in your hand. You make sure that the property and the building remain safe, neat and clean – including regular controls and traffic control. You coordinate and instruct craftsmen and maintenance companies, control their work and take external maintenance orders.

You have a completed training as a specialist: in the field of electrical or heating/sanitary. You bring a good basic understanding for home technology and are handcrafted. Service and customer orientation are not foreign words for you, but of course. You can communicate well and have a talent to organize things and keep an overview. A driving licence of class B (formerly class 3) would be desirable.
