Discipline and technical management of the Technical Services division with the CAD Automation, Technical Documentation, Standardization and Training & Support CAD Ensuring the availability, stability and up-to-date of all technical systems and services (e.g. Teamcenter, SolidWorks) as a working base for business units and subsidiaries Strategic and operational development of technical services including resource, budget and capacity planning Standardisation of process landscape and standardisation and harmonisation of data within the responsible systems Responsibility for the integration of new societies and acquisitions into the existing system and process landscape Further expansion of CAD and construction automation for the sustainable raising of efficiency and synergy potentials in all business units Ensuring high-quality technical documentation according to internal guidelines and legal and normative requirements Introduction of AI-based author tools to automate the production of technical documentation Close cooperation with business units, corporate functions and international locations as well as active stakeholder management at management and executive levels Observing technological trends and deriving strategic measures for responsibility
Complete technical studies (e.g. mechanical engineering, mechatronics, industrial engineering, computer science or comparable) Multiannual leadership and management experience in a technical environment, ideally in the international corporate environment Knowledge of technical IT systems, CAD environments, configuration and documentation systems Experience in the standardization and harmonisation of processes and data across multiple organizational units Embossed strategic thinking combined with high implementation strength Very good communication and moderation capabilities at management level Good knowledge of English
