Support in the preparation of internal legal opinions, audit of contracts and contract design. Communication and coordination with notaries, courts, authorities and external consultants. Conduct legal and economic research on topics related to renewable energies, company law, money laundering prevention (GwG) and sustainable investments. Support for KYC and compliance tests as well as the maintenance and updating of relevant documentation. Support in the preparation, testing and management of legal documents, in particular decisions of the company, statutes and power of attorneys. Working with regulatory and compliance related issues. Support of the Legal Team in operational day-to-day business as well as interdisciplinary projects.

You are enrolled for a master's degree in the field of economic law, law (e.g. LL.M.) or a comparable degree course, or you are in the law-referendariat, and accordingly have a successfully completed Bachelor's degree or a 1st State exam. You have a personal interest in sustainable investments. You are ready to work in the range from 15 to 20 hours per week for the next 12 to 18 months. You are flexible in terms of changing tasks. You have good English knowledge in word and writing; Knowledge of French or Spanish is advantageous. First experiences in the field of renewable energies are advantageous. You are characterized by a high understanding, good analytical thinking and a pronounced team capacity.
