Commercial Property Manager (m/f/d)

As a commercial property manager (w/m/d), you are self-responsible for the management of residential properties and individual commercial properties and, in accordance with the property strategy, contribute to the sustainable securing of profitability, liquidity and value preservation or - Development You are the first contact and communication partner for tenants and contract partners You create and manage leases, supplements and cancellation agreements and are responsible for monitoring and implementing lease adjustments, tenant accounts You will consolidate operational invoices and create additional cost accounting of the supervised real estate You are responsible for the contract management of the service and service contracts and for the monitoring of the contractual services You independently process fault and defect messages, insurance damage and initiate small technical measures (e.g. repairs)

You have a completed training as a real estate businessman, a study with a focus on real estate or a comparable training At best You bring multi-year professional experience in the care of real estate with You have very good knowledge of rental and real estate law A basic technical understanding and basic knowledge of building technology are desirable Good user knowledge in MS Office applications as well as SAP (SAP R3/RE-FX), affinity to work with digital media You are characterized by your independent and reliable operation You convince us with enforcing, learning and team spirit
