Working student in the field of leadership support and personnel development (m/f/d)

This is what awaits you as a working student in Leadership Support and Human Resources Development (m/w/d)

Leadership support: organisation of appointments, meetings and events (including space and catering bookings), maintenance of internal communication channels and administrative support for a leadership. HR & Talent Management: Creation of job advertisements, carrying out interviews and support and onboarding of new colleagues. Project work: independent planning and implementation of subprojects to optimize processes and cooperation. Engagement in the Pride Network: Participation in meetings, protocol management and support in the planning and creative design of events, especially around the CSD.

Teamleiter (m/w/d)

enrolled: Bachelor (advanced study) or Master student:in with available duration of ideally at least 12 months. Very good knowledge of German and English as well as safe handling of MS Office / Microsoft 365 (especially PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Confluence); Ready to work in other internal tools. Analytical and structuring procedures with the ability to prepare complex or unclear tasks independently and to derive next steps. First experiences in the field of data and AI strategy and culture are advantageous, but not necessary. interest in leadership, human resources development, continuous learning and issues related to equal opportunities & inclusion; first experiences in the corporate or insurance environment are advantageous, but not necessary. Presence in the office (approximately once a week) and high flexibility for remote work in coordination with leadership.
