(Junior) Consultant Transaction Advisory (m/f/d)

As a (Junior) Consultant Transaction Consulting (w/m/d) you support our client in a dynamic team: both in the successful support of business sales, purchases and the financial advice of carve-out processes. Find solutions for creating complex (financial) due diligence analyses with the aim of analyse, assess and draw relevant conclusions on opportunities and risks related to transactions. You analyse historical financial data and business planning and manage the optimal purchase price finding. With your economic know-how and your analytical thinking, do you want to succeed in the transactions of our mandates? Then you can introduce yourself here: You will accompany our client: surely through all phases of business purchases, sales and stock exchanges and actively shape the success of these processes. Recognize opportunities, realize potentials: Together with your team, you advise on acquisition and corporate financing and work on (financial) due diligence and carve-out processes. You support the generation and analysis of financial figures for corporate parts within the framework of carve-out processes and help to ensure fair purchase price determination. Strategic impulses for sustainable success: You contribute to the business consulting of the purchase price determination and ensure that all relevant aspects are optimally mapped in the business purchase agreement.

Successfully completed studies in the field of economics, financial management or a comparable discipline with the focus in corporate finance, accounting, accounting, controlling or investment theory. First practical experience ideally through internships or work student activities in areas such as equity controlling, corporate finance, financial modeling, due diligence, private equity or investment banking. Language skills and software: Very good knowledge of MS-Office and first experiences with tools such as Alteryx and/or VBA are of advantage. You can also master German in C1 level and English in B2 level.
