You take responsibility for the further development and optimization of our sales processes in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP system and actively shape the digital future of our sales areas. You analyze requirements and processes, identify potential for improvement and develop efficient, scalable solutions that sustainably strengthen sales. You are process managers for all sales-relevant workflows – from quality assurance to system testing, keep an overview and ensure smooth processes. You support our users by providing training, as a competent contact person and thus ensuring the transfer of knowledge. You work closely with the sales teams and the areas of organization and IT (particularly with projects around Dynamics 365 and Power BI). You act as a central interface between sales organisations, IT/organisation and other relevant stakeholders (internal & external). You understand processes, communicate them clearly and convincingly and implement them independently.

You have completed training or studies in the field of BWL, business informatics or comparable. You bring experience in sales, sales operations and/or project management. Technical understanding of ERP and CRM systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics are just as part of your profile as well as a structured, process-oriented operation with a high self-initiative. Your communication strength and joy in international cooperation makes you a suitable team player. Very good German and good English skills complete your profile.
