Senior Account Manager (m/w/d) You can develop our operational resilience by continuously developing our preventive and reactive crisis organization, including through regular review and updating of relevant policies, processes, tools and frameworks. You coordinate the crisis unit in incidents, organise bank-wide crisis staff exercises and, on the basis of your outcome analyses, implement suitable measures to continuously improve our crisis management system. In addition, you will advise or supervise the decentralised crisis management organisation and report on the current status to both management and relevant bodies regularly. In addition to the crisis management tool (alarming, security situation, digital crisis staff), you are responsible for the field of personal security with a focus on protecting our employees abroad (Travel Risk). You are responsible for the travel security tool used and act as a central contact person (SPOC) for security authorities. As well as managing projects for operational resilience and crisis management, you are entitled – participation in working groups and committee events completes your tasks.

Successful study of economics, security management, economic engineering or comparable academic degree – of advantage: additional qualifications in crisis management, BCM or security management (e.g. CBCI, MBCI, CBCM) Professional practice in the development, implementation and ongoing optimization of crisis management systems as well as in the performance plus evaluation of crisis rod exercises in financial companies Proven experience in project management, consulting or in comparable consulting activities, ideally in the banking environment Best familiar with the (inter-)national regulatory requirements in crisis management and corporate security, e.g. MaRisk, DORA, ISO 22301 Comprehensive knowledge in creating and maintaining policies, processes and tools in the above-mentioned topic Very good German in word and writing
