Applications uk-it – Department of Medical Applications 38.5 hours / week indefinite TV-L Your future in detail With nearly 150 employees, the uk-it division ensures professional operation of the central IT infrastructure for the university clinic and affiliated subsidiaries. The task of the uk-it business area includes the planning, design, implementation and operation of applications for clinics, research and teaching and administration. You work in an interdisciplinary manner with colleagues throughout the company.

Operation, support and continuous development of existing HL7 interfaces on the Mirth communication server Analysis, implementation and optimization of HL7 and FHIR interfaces for the integration of clinical IT systems Development, configuration and maintenance of interface channels, transformation rules and routing logics (JavaScript) Error analysis, monitoring and troubleshooting in ongoing interface operation Support in the connection of new systems and in the expansion of existing integrations Administration, operation and further development of the medical interoperability platform (MIOP) – Health engine (i-Engineers company) Ensuring stability, performance and data quality in news exchange Creation and maintenance of documentation on interfaces, data flows and configurations Close cooperation with internal specialist departments, IT teams and external system providers Cooperation in projects to further develop system integration and interoperability in healthcare Takeover of readiness

Completed training as a specialist informant, study of computer science / medical technology or comparable professional experience Ability to identify complex issues in a structured and comprehensible manner, combined with communication strength and team capacity Structured, independent and solution-oriented operation Interest in cooperation with medical, nursing or laboratory users Knowledge of HL7, FHIR or DICOM and JavaScript are desirable Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
