Full time Bring fresh wind to our association – and thus to our new stationary facility on the Campus Heusenstamm, which was opened in April 2026 The new large-scale project of the Caritasverband is made up of day care, a stationary & outpatient care offer, precarious housing for seniors and a quarterly café – all on a site!

As a reliable nursing service, you contribute to building up our new stationary installation with 85 inhabitants on one level and bringing all the important strands under one roof: you coordinate the staff and the business processes and always have an open ear for your employees, residents and their relatives. At the very beginning, you take on the valuable task of building and developing the team. You actively participate in case management and are committed to networking independently You work closely with other lines of the Caritas Association and promote joint exchange You enrich us with valuable ideas that continue our quality management and prove that you are the ideal reinforcement for us in internal audits and external quality audits.

Study of health management/further education for nursing services Experience in a leading position in care Experiences/knowledges with the personnel measuring instrument PeBem You are always up to date, have fun in further development and like to bring your own ideas You have a sound knowledge of quality management You have a pronounced sensitivity in the handling of clients and employees You are guided and can express your opinion Responsibility and reliability are of course for you Safe handling of Microsoft Office and identification with the caritative model
