Expert IT Supplier Management - Budget and Contracts (part-time, max. 28 hours per week)

We are looking for you as an expert in the field management of Union Investment staff and control units to take responsibility as a key contact person for IT budgets and contracts in the context of our company supplier. As part of our team, your tasks include: Ensuring a transparent contractual and financial status for the IT services provided by the group Implementation of budget planning, audit and clearance, provisions and operational performance accounting Maintenance and updating of existing supplier contracts, participation in the innovation of service certificates, e.g. for licenses, maintenance, application operation in cooperation with purchasing and legal department Procurement of services via SAP Ariba Creation of management reports and decision-making aids Showing and implementing savings and optimization potentials

You fit us in this challenging position when you bring the following: Complete study of business management or legal background or comparable training with background in controlling and/or procurement Multiannual professional experience in IT environment of a financial service provider with understanding of IT content and regulatory requirements Ideally practice experiences in the supplier control in the outsourcing environment (ITSM based) Very good numerical understanding, affinity for contract topics and analytical skills High service orientation, an independent working style and a safe occurrence A working method characterized by partnership, appreciation and enthusiasm and team spirit Mobile work is very self-evident, as is the majority presence on site in our modern offices in Frankfurt am Main.
