Sortation Trainer , LEJ7 Learning & Development (m/f/d)

As a coach:in Amazon you play an essential role in the onboarding and upskilling of our employees. You make sure You have the skills and knowledge to work safely and efficiently and to advance their professional development at Amazon – and perhaps even in the future to lead our company. You work with colleagues in every stage of your career, from new employees to executives. As a trainer:in you transfer our process standards to others and ensure their compliance. You offer high-quality training to inform Amazon employees and external partners about safety, corporate culture and location-specific processes. You also ask that new colleagues feel welcome. As part of your role as a trainer, you also consider that everyone adheres to the highest operational standards. You provide constructive feedback to help learners develop their personal growth and professional development. You work on site at one of our operating sites and offer the team both presence and online training across different working layers. If necessary, you also support other locations. You work independently, but regularly contact important employees at the site as well as relevant stakeholders. A day in the life

• provision of training and coaching to meet the standard of Amazon
• Examination and improvement of the final rates for training at the site in cooperation with managers:inside and team members
• Collection of feedback and presentation of areas where the training experience can be reduced or optimized
• Cooperation with the teams to identify further training and development needs
• Assistance in testing cross-site indicators, such as safety, quality and process efficiency
• Training and coaching of employees and their team members, who can help us as “bassadors” to offer teams on site also coaching and training

QUALIFICATIONS

• Advanced German knowledge (B2)
• Advanced English (B2)
• Relevant experience in the field of clear communication, including demonstrable implementation of training and the creation of appropriate communication and training materials
• Professional experience in dealing with the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Learning experience or experience as an instructor would be desirable.
• Experience in a coaching or mentoring role or as a teacher
• Experience in dealing with several competing priorities
