Your tasks:

• Set and control machines: You set up production machines, retrieve them and set the right settings.
• Monitor parameters: speed, temperature, pressure – you keep all important values in mind and adjust as needed.
• Ensure material flow: You make sure raw material is ready and remove finished products.
• Conduct quality checks: During production, you regularly control the quality and make sure everything meets the standards.

Your profile:

• Experience as machine operator: You've already worked in production and you know what to do with machines.
• Technical understanding: You understand how machines work and solve smaller problems independently.
• Reliable operation: You work responsibly, independently and accurately.
• Flexibility: You are ready to work in the 2-shift system and like to pack on.
