You have a successfully completed study of economic law, law (1st State Examen/LL.M.), economic engineering or business administration with a strong legal focus You bring at least 5 years of sound professional experience in contract and claim management You have a deep understanding of the energy industry, such as wind energy, large PV systems, grid infrastructure, power plant construction or hydrogen You have well-founded knowledge of international contract law, such as FIDIC contract patterns, as well as in the classic German contract law (BGB, VOB) You master German and English in word and writing You work structuredly to monitor milestones, deadlines and contractual obligations over years and enters into safe negotiations, with enforcement strength, strategic thinking and strong communication skills
