For further professionalization of the finance sector, we are looking for an experienced controlling personality (m/w/d), which conceptually develops and actively shapes the controlling - clearly conceived as a building and design role. In this function, you are responsible for the further development of the controlling and reporting landscape, in particular the expansion and optimization of cost accounting, budgeting and forecasting. You create transparency through profit and cost drivers, develop meaningful key figures and provide resilient basis for decision-making. You work closely with management and departments, act as business partners and deliver sound business analyses including clear recommendations for action. Depending on the experience and interest, the position can be designed as a team leader; It is also suitable for senior controllers without disciplinary leadership, who want to drive the development of the controlling significantly. You continue to shape controlling and reporting and structure monthly/yearly reporting (GuV, balance sheet, working capital, stocks, material consumption). You develop cost accounting and planning: Budget/Forecast, key figures, deviation analyses for effective income and cost management. You reduce Excel dependencies, transfer the reporting to the ERP system and use its previously unused functions to build standardized evaluations. You are responsible for production and project controlling for series/small series production, customer-specific project business and ensure transparency about performance data, stocks, production costs and earnings contributions. You support HGB monthly and annual accounts (in particular stocks/evaluation). In addition, you will create target-actual and ad-hoc analyses and prepare the results for management and disciplines that are addressable.

Completed studies (BWL, Industrial Engineering, etc.) with a focus on controlling/finance. About 5 years of controlling experience in the manufacturing industry with complex manufacturing processes (ideally aviation, automotive, machine/plant construction). Very good know-how in cost accounting, production/project controlling and budgeting/forecasting/reporting; ERP experience and very good Excel, high system and data affinity. Hands-on, pragmatic and at the same time structured; loadable even with high dynamics. Communication and interface strong, solution-oriented and curious - with willingness to work close to the shop in production (leading perspective welcome).
