To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated personality as Senior Pricing Manager (m/w/d) in the area of Monetization & Solutions at Düsseldorf. In this role, you actively shape our pricing strategy and monetization logic – and thus contribute directly to the growth and economic success of a leading digital marketplace. You will be part of a dedicated team of experts dealing with key issues concerning the monetization of our platform and the further development of our portfolio. Your tasks at a glance: Business Partner for Sales: You are the first contact person*in for all pricing-relevant questions – from the evaluation of individual customer offers to the technical implementation in the system. Analysis & Control: You work closely with our analytics team, analyze sales figures and price developments and provide data-based recommendations to the sales management. Develop product and contract models: You design new pricing models, test them as part of pilot projects and accompany their launch on the market. Pricing expertise in strategic projects: As an expert for monetarization, you represent the pricing team in cross-disciplinary initiatives within the Stepstone Group. Interface management: You work closely with colleagues from online marketing, commercial office, B2B marketing, sales & services and training – to efficiently implement pricing strategies and develop them in a market-oriented manner.

Completed studies in economics or related fields

At least four years of relevant professional experience in the field of pricing, portfolio management or business development – ideally in the digital economy or consulting

Experience in the development and implementation of pricing strategies and product logic

Embossed numerical understanding, analytical thinking and joy in structured work

Very good communicative skills and a safe occurrence towards internal stakeholders

routing with MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); Experience with pricing software is a plus

German and English language skills in word and writing
