Head of Support & Service (m/f/d)

In order to build and develop our IT support area, we are looking for a management personality that, together with its leadership team, shapes modern, service-oriented and sustainable support structures. In addition to a stable day-to-day operation, you will focus on standardization, professionalization and the further development of the service organization. The group Helpdesk, Field Service, Service Performance and Training are located in the department. You build the unit in coordination with the Director Digital Solutions and IT. The professional and disciplinary leadership of the IT support department is within your responsibility, including the further development of executives, employees and organizational structures. Together with the group lines, you develop the support area and design modern, efficient and user-oriented service processes. You create clear structures for incident, request and service processes and develop them in the sense of professional IT service management. Target images and roadmaps for support, service quality, automation and user experience are developed and implemented by you. You promote self-service approaches, knowledge management and standardized support models. You can make key figures, service quality and performance transparent and actively controlled. You drive forward the further development of training approaches for users. Budget, capacity and resource planning are in close coordination with the IT management. External service providers and support partners are controlled by you. As part of the IT leadership group, you will help develop the entire IT organization. You promote a service-oriented, solution-oriented and collaborative culture within your department.

Complete study of (economic) informatics or comparable qualifications Ideally multi-year leadership experience in IT support, service or operating environment Experience in building and developing support and service organisations Ideally knowledge in IT service management (e.g. ITIL or comparable) Experience in transformation and professionalization projects Embossed Service and User Understanding High communication and coordination capability Structured and pragmatic operation Secure knowledge of English in word and writing
