Head of the team Garden and greenhouse cultures Planning, coordination, support and practical implementation of all horticultural activities and related technical issues Responsibility of the young plant cultivation of about 100 medicinal and cosmetic plants as well as cultivation, care and harvest of about 70 medicinal plants according to Demeter guidelines Procurement of resources Staff management and motivation, Result responsibility Documentation of all processes according to GACP Valuable working atmosphere and collegial cooperation in a dedicated team Workplace in the middle of the Weleda plant garden

Complete training for the gardener master or Technicians or many years of experience as a trained gardener with guidance Knowledge and practical experience in young plant cultivation, open-air cultivation, soil and substrates, greenhouse technology, biological cultivation and plant protection, occupational safety Technical understanding EDV knowledge, in particular safe handling of common MS Office programs Knowledge and experience in the management of employees Structured, motivated and result-oriented mode of operation Willingness to continue Use and responsibility as well as physical loadability Team competence, empathy and communication skills
