Operations Manager - Safety Technology (m/f/d)

Head of the entire technical facility at the Berlin site (Installation & Service) Management and further development of technical staff (trainees, technicians, construction managers, project managers) Ensuring efficient resource planning Responsibility for compliance with all relevant standards, quality standards and customers SLAs Economic control of the area including budget, cost and project control Support for sales in the offer phase and close coordination with the central function Engineering and Business Services Support for project management in utilisation peaks Escalation management and direct contact for our key accounts in the region Support of the Sourcing team in warehouse management Participation in the further development of our processes, services and technical solutions

Complete technical training with training as a master/technical technician or a study in the field of electrical engineering/security technology Professional experience in safety technology (brand registration, intrusion registration, video or access control systems) Leadership experience in a technical environment Safe handling of standards, regulations and quality standards Entrepreneurial thinking, high customer orientation and a structured way of working Communication strength, decision-making and team orientation Very good communication skills in word and writing. Your English skills are also very good
