As one of seven state building offices in Lower Saxony, the State Building Management Region North-West carries out the diverse construction measures of the country and the federal state. With around 320 employees, we serve almost 5,000 buildings in the western Lower Saxony – from the county of Bad Bentheim and Osnabrück in the south to the North Sea. Head of Group 42, i.e. coordination, management and control of the currently 16 employees and their tasks in the assembly in organizational, professional and human terms. The group supports measures for properties of the federal government in the counties of Aurich, Wittmund, Leer, Emsland, in the county of Bentheim and the circular city of Emden, including the 6 East Frisian islands.
