Project management and management in the preparation, planning, tendering and implementation of restructuring, expansion, maintenance measures for the properties of the German Pension Insurance Rheinland, in particular for the clinics and clinic chain Introduction of procurement procedures by VOB/A and UVgO Processing of construction, service and supply contracts including supplementary management Engineering services according to performance phases 1 to 8 according to § 55 HOAI 2021 for systems of supply technology and electrical engineering

A successfully completed degree (Diplom, Bachelor's degree) in the fields of Supply Technology or Electrical Engineering We also wish you: Experience in the application and interpretation of laws, standards and regulations, in particular knowledge of VOB in parts A/B/C, VgV, UVgO and all performance phases of HOAI At least three years of experience in project management as well as planning, tendering and object monitoring preferably for public service with detectable references from the fields of climate, sanitary, heating and room air or electrical engineering Routinized handling of standard IT systems (e.g. MS-Office) driving licence class B CAD knowledge and experience in handling tendering programs Experience in the areas of project, quality and process management willingness to engage in a work area with changing tasks and requirements and to identify with the values of our mission statement Team skills, organisational and negotiation skills, loyalty, and engagement
