Cutting machine operator CNC milling 5-axis machining / CNC turning (m/f/d)

You carry out your production orders independently from the beginning to the end: preparation, machine equipment, processing and final testing and measuring of the manufactured components. Depending on the focus, you manufacture high-precision new parts, prototypes and small series for technically demanding applications on modern CNC milling or CNC lathes. You set the machines on your own, control the processing process and ensure that the required accuracy is achieved through precise measurement and quality controls.

You have a completed training as a machining mechanic, CNC machine or a comparable qualification and have a well-founded experience in CNC cutting. In the area of CNC milling, you control the 5-axis machining, Heidenhain controls and the automatic setup of the machine; in CNC turning, experience in independent setup is required. You work precisely, independently and quality-oriented and want to not only process a workpiece, but also have the entire manufacturing process in your hands from preparation to final testing.
