Our team real estate management provides comprehensive, commercial and technical services to both the company's own real estate and properties of the Solingen City Parkasse and its associated foundations. These are also residential and commercial units in self-government and WEG administration. For this team we are now looking for an experienced and solution-oriented personality (m/w/d), which also takes responsibility for our internal cost accounting as well as the technical and factual audit of the accounts. Interfaces & Processes Close cooperation with real estate managers, technical building managers, tax advisors, auditors and management Contact person for service providers, craft businesses and external accounting Participation in the optimization of accounting processes and digital workflows

Care and development of digital invoice processing Your profile: completed commercial training (e.g. real estate businessman, accountant, tax specialist or comparable) Multiannual professional experience in real estate accounting Very good knowledge of auditing and payment Good knowledge of tax and turnover tax law (in particular in the real estate environment) Very careful, structured and responsible operation High numerical understanding and analytical thinking Strength of communication and enforcement in clarification Discretion, reliability and teamability Secure handling and deepened knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel Experience with property management and accounting software (e.g. DATEV, Domus or comparable) of advantage Affinity for digital accounting and document management systems What is important to you – and also to us: an open, value-adding corporate culture with short decision-making paths.
