Commercial management

In this position you take over the overall responsibility for the commercial sector with the focus on controlling and accounting. In addition, you are responsible for IT, purchasing and personnel and are a member of a four-person management team. You ensure a transparent, future-oriented financial management and, as a central respondent for financial and tax issues, create resilient decision-making bases for management. Your tasks include the preparation of the periodic accounts according to HGB as well as the reporting to the holding company, which is aligned with international stock exchange standards. In addition, you control the planning, budgeting and forecasting processes and ensure their quality and reliability. Last but not least, as a manager, you continuously develop your ten-member team and promote a performance-oriented, motivating work culture that promotes self-responsibility and constructive exchange.

You have a successfully completed economic studies or a comparable qualification and have already gained several years of commercial management experience in a technology-oriented, medium-sized business environment. In doing so, you have developed sound generalistic knowledge in financial and accounting as well as in operational and strategic controlling. You have a deep understanding of business relations and develop resilient, modern financial concepts and initiate proactively necessary change processes. As a grounded and approachable manager, you are convinced by a strong social competence and have the necessary resilience and ability to conflict in order to act clear and solution-oriented even in demanding situations. Your profile is rounded off by your identification with the values of the German middle class, in particular with a family-influenced working environment, short decision-making paths and pragmatic partnership. .
