Data Protection Coordinator (m/f/d)

The Städtische Klinikum Karlsruhe is the largest hospital in the Middle Rhine region. It is shown in the hospital plan of the state of Baden-Württemberg as a house of maximum care for the region and the teaching hospital of the University of Freiburg. Day by day and around the clock, over 4,900 qualified employees ensure the care of patients.

As a data protection coordinator, you process data protection issues and support the external data protection officers in particular in the operational implementation of data protection requirements in the company. At the next possible point in time, a body as a data protection coordinator (m/w/d) must be occupied with a weekly working time of 19.50 hours (employment rate 50%).

Processing and answering everyday data protection-relevant requests from internal departments and external third parties Control, promotion and support of specialist departments in the organisational and operational implementation of data protection and GDPR Management, management, updating and maintenance of the directorate of processing activities and support of the departments Cooperation with the specialist department in the preparation of the necessary data protection impact assessments Coordination of the implementation of the data protection requirements, in particular the Effects on compliance with data protection regulations, including implementation of station visits and awareness of employees with regard to possible risks Creation, administration, updating and maintenance of documents from the area of data protection in the central quality and organization manual (QOH)

A completed training or study from the fields of business, law or computer science Theoretical knowledge and practical experience in data protection The ability to identify specific facts and data protection requirements, to understand technical possibilities for implementation and to develop pragmatic solutions Safe handling of the current MS Office applications An independent, targeted and structured operation Communication and team skills
