Focus: Strategic planning Water supply networks

In our growing team, you are responsible for creating strategic concepts for technical development of water supply with a focus on water supply networks and coordination, communication and representation of interests in relation to water supply. This includes, inter alia, the following tasks: You evaluate water supply networks with regard to technical and economic parameters You create technical optimization concepts for networks and systems. You are also responsible for the implementation and project management of the concepts. You carry out pilot tests, data analyses, feasibility studies and cost-effectiveness studies. You develop technology standards as well as identify operational, rehabilitation and maintenance strategies You manage coherent projects at a programme level and perform central tasks in strategically relevant projects. You work in (promotion)projects, represent the OOWV in bodies, hold lectures and take on technical advice.

You bring a completed engineering studies, ideally the field of civil engineering Main focus on urban water management, water management, process engineering or environmental engineering, with or have a comparable degree You have multi-year, relevant professional experience in the field of water technology or water management or you are willing to build it in a development period. Ideally, you have knowledge of the essential legal regulations (e.g. building law, environmental or planning law). You have optimal knowledge of cost comparison and consideration of life cycle costs. You are characterized by safe occurrence, enforcement and a systematic-analytical way of thinking. Your German knowledge corresponds at least to the language level B2. You are owned by the rating class B.

Flexible working time regulation Employment according to the collective agreement utilities (TV-V) with remuneration according to Payment group 12 (incl. 13th monthly salary). This is a development agency which, up to the existence of the relevant knowledge and competences in the 11 TV-V remuneration group is grouped. Occupational pension by VBL Highly disabled applicants (w/m/d) are preferred with the same suitability. .
