This position offers an exciting opportunity for experienced production staff (m/w/d) working in the metal industry. As a production worker, there are a wide range of tasks that require a high degree of accuracy, teamwork and sense of responsibility. The site is a renowned company in Bad Marienberg, which offers the most modern technologies and excellent working conditions. Main tasks include support for production, monitoring of machines and ensuring quality standards.

• Participation in the machining of metal parts and components
• Conducting quality controls to ensure production standards
• Monitoring and operation of production machines
• Coordination and support of the team during production
• Active support in the maintenance and cleaning of machines

We are looking for

In order to successfully fill this position, specific qualifications and experiences are required. The ideal candidate brings a passion for working with metal as well as a good eye for detail and precision. These requirements are designed to ensure that work is carried out effectively and efficiently.

• Complete training in the field of production, metal processing or the like
• At least 3-5 years of professional experience in production
• knowledge of the handling of production machines
• Ability to understand technical drawings
• Teamability and loadability
• ready for shift work
