Workshop Manager – Agricultural & Construction Machinery Technology / Industrial Technology (m/f/d)

Self-service maintenance, maintenance, repair and systematic fault diagnosis of construction machines, tractors and industrial or production plants. Organisation and coordination of the workshop including repair and maintenance planning, prioritization of orders, spare parts procurement, quality control and coordination with customers and suppliers. Step by step takeover of the technical and organizational workshop management: first leading a small team and perspective building and management of a workshop team with about 5–10 employees as well as active further development of the workshop processes.

completed technical training, for example as land and construction machine mechatronics, agricultural machine mechanic, construction machine mechanic, commercial vehicle mechatronics or industrial mechanic; Master qualification, ongoing master training or multi-year practical experience are of advantage. Finded technical understanding and practical experience in troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and electronic systems, as well as the willingness to work independently in new machines and systems. Hands-on mentality associated with organizational talent and responsibility; additional qualifications such as truck or tractor driver license, crane or Forklift and ability to carry out UVV tests are advantageous.

Attractive remuneration: Depending on the qualification and experience, the monthly salary is €3,800 to 5,800 and develops according to the assumed responsibility. Real leadership perspective: Long-term position with the possibility of gradually taking over the entire workshop management, building a team of about 5-10 employees and actively shaping processes. Continuing training & technical development: promotion of further training and, after consultation, support in master training – supplemented by professional support from an experienced master in the case of particularly demanding technical challenges.
