This is what we expect as a specialist (m/w/d) Self-responsible processing: independent, final and smooth processing of applications and inventory operations in compliance with our guidelines Documentation and communication: precise and comprehensible application and contract documentation incl. Intermediate decisions are our basis of work and are created in close cooperation with our underwriting team in the field of fleet and company Quality control: compliance with drawing guidelines and authorisations for submitted applications and inventory operations is checked and it is ensured that everything meets the high standards Proactive measures: Refurbishment, reorganization and conservation measures are initiated and carried out in order to optimally support our customers. Excellent customer service: Processing written and telephone customer requests with a customer- and sales-oriented approach to bring about a positive customer experience Co-operative cooperation: support for the smooth running of operations between underwriting, sales and customers and support for cross-departmental cooperation to further develop. You have completed vocational training as a merchant (m/w/d) for insurance and finance or a comparable qualification. You are ready to introduce your knowledge in a dynamic environment. You are characterized by a high degree of self-responsibility and are ready to face new challenges with readiness and flexibility. Your strong communication skills and team spirit make you a valuable member of our team. You are willing to take over the late telephone presentations and are happy to support projects and special tasks within the department. You have the ability to think analytically and to act structuredly. Your good time management helps you manage tasks efficiently. Your thinking and acting are always customer- and service-oriented to provide our customers with the best possible experience. You are safe in dealing with MS Office and IT applications, especially ABS, and use these tools effectively in your working day. Ideally, you have already gained experience with non-departmental products and processes in insurance and are ready to further develop this knowledge.
