We are looking for a full-time machining mechanic (m/w/d) at the next possible date.

Operation, setup and programming of the most modern CNC-controlled milling machines (3- to 5-axis) with iTNC530 or Siemens 840D Operating and Roughing of the Machine Tool Creating the NC program and manufacturing of workpieces from an economic point of view, as well as generating an efficient clamping situation within the scope of its own technical possibilities Change existing NC programs according to the specifications in production drawing Timely processing of parts by work stocklist Quality control according to production drawings and test instructions Tool management at the milling machines Implementation of simple maintenance work and subsequent documentation Ensuring the correct BDE/MDE and SAP data Detection of machine errors and introduction of repairs

(m/w/d), mechanic (m/w/d), mechanic (m/w/d), or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in operating CNC-controlled milling machines and machining centres desired Good knowledge of programming and performing program corrections (Heidenhain itnc530 and/or Siemens 840D) Layer readiness for the 3-layer
